Most orders arrive 8–18 business days after you order. Full details are in our shipping policy.
One size fits all?
Most of our hats fit adult head sizes 21–23 inches (54–58 cm). Each product page lists its exact size.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days. Damaged or wrong items are replaced free. See Refund & Returns.
Do light-up hats need batteries?
Each light-up hat’s page says which batteries it uses and whether they’re included.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe over an encrypted connection; we never see your full card number.
