30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for any unworn item in its original condition. Contact us with your order number and we’ll send return instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first, because returns go to a different address than the one we ship from.
Once we receive the return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or wrong.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice, and you don’t need to send anything back.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they ship (usually within 24 hours of ordering).
