We ship to addresses in the United States. Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your hats leave the warehouse.

Our hats ship from partner warehouses, which is how we keep prices low. That also means delivery is slower than big-box stores, so if you need a hat for a specific date, order early.
Multiple items
If you order several hats they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You’ll get a tracking number for each.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 10 days, or your order hasn’t arrived 25 business days after you placed it, contact us and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund.
